6 Days Amboseli - Lake Nakuru–Samburu– Nairobi from £680pp

Day 1 - Nairobi - Amboseli

You are picked from the airport by your driver/guide and head straight to Amboseli stopping at Namanga for some refreshments. Namanga is the town that borders Kenya and Tanzania. Proceed to Amboseli arriving at the lodge in time for lunch and a snooze before your setting out for your evening game drive. Dinner and overnight will be at Amboseli Sopa lodge.

Day 2 - Amboseli

After breakfast head for the park for a full day of game viewing. Lunch is served at the park where your driver/guide will locate the perfect spot for your picnic. More game viewing after lunch. After dinner relax at the bar and enjoy a Tusker Baridi or watch a wildlife documentary before retiring to bed.

Day 3 - Amboseli – Lake Nakuru

Your day starts with an early morning game drive and breakfast before heading to Lake Nakuru.  This is a long trip and you will stop in Nairobi for lunch at a Nairobi hotel before continuing with your journey to Lake Nakuru. Arrive at the lodge in time for a short nap and refreshments before your afternoon game drive. Overnight at lake Elementaita lodge.

Day 4 - Lake Nakuru – Samburu

Early breakfast and check out. Today you will do a morning game drive en-route to Samburu. This safari will take you through the equator which has a fascinating tale about it. Nothing moves at the point of the equator. You will stop briefly at this point to take pictures or experiment this fact. You will also pass through the town of Isiolo arriving at your hotel in time for lunch.  Evening game drive at 4pm and thereafter dinner and overnight at Samburu Lodge.

Day 5 - Samburu

After breakfast you head for the park for a full day of game viewing. Lunch will be at the park where your driver/guide will locate the perfect spot for your picnic. A visit to buffalo springs and more game viewing. After dinner relax at the bar and enjoy a Tusker Baridi or watch a wildlife documentary or be entertained by Masai dancers for a small fee before retiring to bed.

Day 6 - Samburu – Nairobi

Today is the last day of your safari and you head to Nairobi after breakfast and morning game drive stopping at designated points for refreshments and photo shots. Arrive in Nairobi late afternoon where you will be transferred to the airport for your onward international flight.

Optional

Treat yourself to lunch at the famous Carnivore restaurant or visit the Kenya National Museum, Snake Park, Giraffe Center or the Mamba Village. After which you are transferred to the airport for your outward international flight. Note that this option comes at an extra fee
