Ngulia Safari Lodge
Ngulia safari lodge is located in Tsavo West National Park on the edge of the Ndewe Escarpment with panoramic views to Tsavo's sweeping plains. Ngulia safari lodge has 52 rooms, all en-suite with balcony facing the vast wilderness. The lodge has a restaurant, two bars, a viewing by and a swimming pool. After the dark the water-hole by the lodge is floodlit allowing guests to see the nocturnal animals coming in from the bush to quench their thirst. A special gallery enables hippo to be viewed underwater.
With a new borehole in place and a new bar " The leopard View Point Bar" means more animals visiting the place and visitors having a spectacular view of wildlife as they eat their dinners or "sip Tusker Baridi" after a long day of game viewing. 20 Black Rhinos have been released from the Rhino Sanctuary in the Lodge’s neighbourhood; this implies enhanced security and rhinos at our water holes.

The lodge however is more internationally renown as a haven for bird lovers whose coverage at the establishment every year between October and December to "ring "migrating birds escaping the harsh winter conditions of the northern hemisphere. It is the only place where this activity takes place in Kenya.
